FIRST TIME GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE SETUP

1. Go to https://www.google.com/business/
2. You need a Google account to use Google Business Profile, so go ahead and create one if you haven’t already.
3. Once signed in, Google Business Profile asks you for your business name. Enter one and click Continue.
4. Enter your business type, information, location, etc, by following the prompts.
5. Add your contact information and follow the instructions to verify your business.
6. Add further business details such as opening times, service locations, etc
7. Add photos of your business and update your logo
8. Add Agency access to your Google Business Profile as per the next step

GRANTING AGENCY ACCESS TO GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE

1. Sign into Google Business Profile https://www.google.com/business/
2. Click the three dots icon on the upper right corner of your Google Business Profile’s dashboard.
3. Click ‘Business Profile Settings’
4. Click ‘Managers’
5. Click ‘Add’
6. In the text field type the email address [email protected]
7. Click ‘invite’

You should now see at the bottom that the invite is pending. We will receive a notification to accept the invite to manage your profile on your behalf.
